gallery is accessible to the public, but you must register to post
your own photographs.
Unfortunately, you must
register with the photo gallery even if you have already registered at the
forum. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Volunteer if you would
like to help improve this website.
Note that this so-called
photo gallery can also accomodate video and audio clips.
Gallery Guidelines
- Photos / videos / audio
must have been taken in Kyrgyzstan.
- Photos / videos / audio
must be smaller than 2.0 megabytes in file size.
- Photos / videos / audio
should not be embarrasing for anyone in the photo / video / audio
unless you have their permission. This is difficult to enforce, but it is
a common sense issue, given the public nature of this gallery.
- Photos / videos / audio
that are posted automatically fall within the public domain, and
may be used for official Friends of Kyrgyzstan materials or projects without
specific permission from the originator. Because this is a public gallery,
we also cannot prevent others outside of our group from copying the files
and using them for their own purposes.
- You may only comment
one time per photo / video / audio.
You may suggest additional
albums or a revised album structure within the gallery by contacting
us.
